Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
• Experience with FAR15 proposals and subcontract execution.
• Experience with DoD procurement lifecycle and supplier management.
• Experience with electronics distributors and brokers.
• Semiconductor supply chain experience with direct engagement of distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them including those within the electronics distribution and broker channels.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
