Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple collaborators, timelines, and logistics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with university administrative systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for a portfolio of Education Initiatives projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines, milestones, roles, responsibilities, and dependencies.
• Translate goals into actionable work plans and track progress with stakeholders.
• Establish project management systems (Asana, documentation, status tracking) for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate cross-team work with university partners, vendors, and collaborators.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel, events, and administrative processes.
