Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, Content Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years in digital merchandising, content syndication, eCommerce operations, product content, project coordination, or related disciplines.
• Understanding of eCommerce merchandising practices, digital shelf requirements, and bringing products to market across digital channels.
• Experience with PXM and digital content platforms; Salsify preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate digital merchandising requests, ensuring requirements are captured, prioritized, and routed for execution.
• Own day-to-day eCommerce merchandising activities for an assigned segment, supporting item setup and digital shelf readiness across retailers.
• Coordinate project workflows and deliverables within Jira, maintaining visibility to priorities and timelines.
• Ensure product content is accurate, complete, and retailer-ready for launches.
• Support content syndication and retailer onboarding across key retail and marketplace partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, eCommerce, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
