Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Specialist, Drug Procurement to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. You will manage day-to-day procurement and reconcile pharmacy inventory with primary and secondary suppliers, supporting dispensing and administration of medications.

You will analyze market trends, maintain records, and collaborate with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure timely inventory availability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare inventory/procurement
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to comply with procurement and compliance programs

Responsibilities

• Execute daily purchasing tasks including order placement and inventory management
• Reconcile invoices against inventory to resolve shortages or overages
• Monitor vendor agreements for compliance and minimum commitments
• Develop relationships with suppliers and analyze market trends for cost savings
