Job summary

Axalta, a leader in the coatings industry, is seeking a DRP Supply Planner to partner with NA DRP Supply Manager and the Supply Chain team. The role focuses on reporting and analyzing inventory metrics, sustaining TRP capability, and driving improvements in network inventory levels and customer order fulfillment.

The position requires onsite presence in Front Royal, VA and offers benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a planning function within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials Management, Logistics or Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, Logistics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement process improvements related to inventory health within NA Refinish, commercial vehicle and liquid industrial supply chains.
• Analyze and communicate with the supply chain team to maintain on-hand materials and inventory health.
• Manage and sustain transport requirement planning with collaboration and execution by the warehouse scheduling team.
• Review and improve open orders and on-time/in-full metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Redirect inventory within the North America network to maintain service levels and target inventory value.
