Qualifications

• Specialized experience in contracting, acquisition planning, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and agency purchasing regulations.
• Experience with market research, solicitation packages, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract oversight by liaising with Branch/Team, contractors and management to ensure timely handling of contracting transactions.
• Lead contract actions including planning, solicitation, evaluation, cost/price analyses, negotiations, and award.
• Develop policies or clauses for complex acquisitions and coordinate with multiple DoD sites.
• Perform pre- and post-award functions for complex procurements and maintain long-term contracts.
• Create solicitations, exercise options, and prepare documents for contract maintenance.
