Hepburn and Sons LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to serve as the functional alternate to the Principle Acquisition Analyst/Program Leads for government programs, focusing on GFE/CFE management and overall program support. This is a contingent position based on award/funding.

The role emphasizes DoD/Navy program management experience, risk assessment, and coordination with shipyards and teams to align schedules and delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4 years relevant experience in DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management.
• DoD Secret level clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review PARMs acquisition plans to meet GFE delivery dates.
• Provide technical expertise with SPD Part Is for GFE management.
• Develop Acquisition Milestone Charts based on PARM plans and Shipbuilding Profile.
• Provide technical analysis for SPD Part III based on changes to baselines and schedules.
• Communicate with shipbuilders to maintain current Shipyard Preferred Dates.
• Identify GFE delivery delays impacting shipbuilder schedules.
• Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate delivery risks.
