• Ensures expenditures do not exceed budgetary appropriations and funds are available for operational programs.
• Oversees district food services operations and related accounting activities.
• Interprets and communicates the district's financial position to stakeholders and the public.
• Directs the district's budget process and presents it to the board of trustees.
