Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or IT Resiliency roles.
• Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing disaster recovery plans.
• In-depth knowledge of RTO and RPO concepts and their practical application.
• Extensive experience in designing and executing DR testing, including scenario development and performance validation.
• Strong understanding of application resiliency and interdependencies of IT systems.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations and resilience requirements is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior resiliency expertise to support DR initiatives and refine recovery approaches.
• Lead resiliency requirements review for critical applications ensuring alignment with RTO/RPO goals.
• Assess current capabilities and identify gaps; develop remediation plans.
• Support DR testing framework design with realistic scenarios and validation criteria.
• Review application dependencies and sequencing to ensure feasible recovery within timeframes.
• Provide SME guidance on resiliency principles, test readiness, and governance.
