Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of WWK and Socio-Therapeutic Services programs.
• Supervise WWK Supervisors and Socio-Therapist Supervisor; coach and manage performance.
• Ensure staff performance, case practice, and documentation meet fidelity standards.
• Oversee program operations, outcomes, and permanency efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support child well-being.
