Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in higher education, public administration, workforce development, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in workforce development or higher education.
• Experience managing complex initiatives and interpreting policy or regulatory frameworks.
• Project and grant management experience with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Pell FIPSE grant deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and performance tracking.
• Translate federal NYS policy into operational workflows for eligibility.
• Ensure adherence to eligibility metrics: completion, placement, earnings.
• Coordinate enrollment, financial aid integration, and program tracking workflows.
• Engage employers, industry partners, and labor unions for alignment.
• Collaborate with CUNY Central for system-wide consistency.
• Oversee data tracking aligned with Title IV-level reporting.
