Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all Freshman and Transfer Admission Counselors.
• Develop and oversee recruitment territory assignments and annual data-driven recruitment plans.
• Plan participation in undergraduate college fairs and recruitment visits.
• Measure impact of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for yield improvements.
• Review marketing initiatives such as campaigns, mailings, publications and digital campaigns.
• Maintain communications with university departments to support recruitment and enrollment.
