Job summary

NOEC is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead purchasing, warehousing, inventory, and vendor management for electric operations and broadband services. The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and project leaders to ensure reliable sourcing and stocking plans and cost-effective operations.

The position emphasizes leadership, planning, compliance, and risk mitigation across a complex supply chain in a utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in purchasing, inventory, warehousing, materials management, or logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and inventory management systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated supply chain plan for material, equipment, and service needs.
• Lead procurement activities including requisitions, bids, and purchase orders.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, and material custody from receipt to use.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and ethical standards.
• Provide regular reporting on inventory, sourcing, and supplier performance.
