Electroswitch Corp is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for a high‑mix, medium‑volume manufacturing environment. You will oversee strategic sourcing, production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, and supplier performance to ensure on‑time customer delivery.
The role requires 8–15 years of progressive leadership across supply chain functions, with a strong background in ERP/MRP, S&OP, and Lean practices.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of Supply Chain Management is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations for a high mix, medium volume manufacturing environment. This role oversees strategic sourcing, production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, supplier performance, and customer delivery execution. The ideal candidate balances operational agility with cost control while supporting complex product configurations, fluctuating demand, and short lead-time expectations.
The Supply Chain Director partners closely with operations, engineering, sales, finance, and quality teams to ensure material availability, production continuity, and on‑time customer delivery.
