The University of North Florida Board of Trustees seeks a Director of Research Integrity and Compliance to provide strategic leadership for the university's research integrity programs. You will act as the Research Integrity Officer, directing committees, training, and risk mitigation in a manner compliant with federal, sponsor, and university policies.

You will supervise RI staff, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and report to the Chief Research Officer.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, per Florida statute.
• Experience in research integrity, compliance, or related oversight functions.

Aufgaben

• Direct and oversee research integrity and compliance functions across RI staff.
• Provide regulatory support for IRB, IACUC, IBC, and other committees.
• Advise leadership on research integrity matters, policies, and training.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and internal controls for compliance.
• Oversee investigations, misconduct reviews, and reporting to agencies as required.
• Collaborate with academic, legal, and compliance partners to integrate requirements.
• Prepare internal/external reports and track performance indicators.
