Responsibilities
- Lead quality, risk, and compliance programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Oversee policy development, procedures, and survey readiness.
- Provide expert leadership and consultation to clinicians and staff.
- Identify trends, prioritize improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate certification standards and regulatory accreditation efforts.
