Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs, coordinate with academic divisions, and engage external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• 40% Employer Engagement & Regional Economic Development: engage regional industry partners, chambers, and economic boards; secure funding; develop MOUs; deliver presentations.
• 35% Program Leadership, Data & Operational Oversight: design and evaluate Professional Skills Training; oversee initiatives; manage data collection and reporting; hire and evaluate staff.
• 25% Career Services & Student Advising: lead career guidance initiatives; administer assessments; connect students with on-campus recruitment and industry events.
