Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations, routing, and fleet management.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leads transportation strategy and daily operations, including routes, scheduling, delivery, and SOPs.
• Oversees fleet maintenance, utilization, replacement planning, and related expenses.
• Leads transportation safety efforts, training and compliance with regulations and CTFB standards.
• Establishes and monitors performance measures using data and operational insights.
• Managers transportation vendors, contracts, and partnerships.
• Builds and develops a high-performing transportation team.
• Models CTFB values and fosters accountability and collaboration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
