Job summary

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is seeking a Director of Risk Management and Safety to oversee the safety and security of the facilities and all people. You will lead organization-wide contingency planning and implement safety programs that support operations and compliance with laws and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in safety, risk management, or related field.
• Knowledge of safety laws, OSHA regulations, and emergency response.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture of safety and excellence for staff and guests.
• Develop zero-accident safety program and drills.
• Manage annual health and safety budget and contracts.
• Coordinate emergencies with local authorities and responders.
• Oversee security operations and access control systems.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and incident reporting.
