Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Master’s degree preferred in Security, MBA, HR or Management
• Seven years of people management experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or a military environment

Responsibilities

• Directs, develops and implements strategic and operational/high level projects and processes either through independent work or through work teams to enable objective completion.
• Oversees staff development and ensures engagement, staffing, budget compliance and policy implementation for a safe and effective work environment.
• Leads Public Safety and Security operations, budget management, regulatory compliance and coordination with hospital leadership and external agencies.
