Job summary

Northern New Mexico Integrated Security LLC (N2MIS) seeks a Director of Protective Force Operations and Training to lead the Protective Force, Planning and Operations, and Training teams onsite in New Mexico. The role drives security program execution, compliance with DOE directives, and coordination with client and law enforcement.

The candidate will oversee curriculum development, incident response plans, and performance management, while maintaining ISM/ISSM standards and safeguarding

Qualifications

• B.S. degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent military/law enforcement background.
• Ten+ years managing a large security force or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of DOE armed security operations/managerial experience.
• DOE Q clearance and HRP certification (current or able to obtain).
• New Mexico driver's license (current or able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Protective Force Operations, Planning and Operations, and Training departments.
• Lead and mentor direct reports; conduct performance appraisals and coaching.
• Interface with client, local law enforcement, and union officials on matters per the collective bargaining agreement.
• Ensure compliance with ISM/ISSM and safety directives; manage incident response and protection strategies.
• Direct curriculum development and training programs for protective forces.
• Represent management in project initiatives and cross‑department collaboration.
