Waverley Street Foundation in San Francisco seeks a Director of Learning to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive impact and learning strategy for the foundation.

You will work with the Managing Director and Chief of Staff to ensure that campaign and grantmaking strategies are built on evidence and learning frameworks, and you will produce timely evidence to support and refine our work.

Waverley Street Foundation (WSF) builds and supports solutions at the intersection of climate change and community priorities, focusing on efforts and initiatives that draw connections between urgent local and community-based issues—including housing, transportation, food security, and more—and the health of our planet. ABOUT THE POSITION

The Director of Learning reports to the Managing Director and Chief of Staff(MD/CoS). In your role, be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive impact and learning strategy for WSF. You will work with the MD/CoS to ensure that WSF’s campaign and grantmaking strategies are developed and implemented using evidence and learning frameworks to maximize its impact. You will produce evidence that can be used in a timely manner by the WSF team to support and refine our campaign strategy.
