The role requires licensure as LPC, LCPC, or LCSW, with strong leadership, program development, and regulatory compliance responsibilities. You will present weekly reports and support continual learning through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPC, LCPC, or LCSW required in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Directs evidence-based learning for clinical staff.
• Assists program development of new service lines to strengthen finances.
• Defines skill and competency needs to reach goals.
• Acts as spokesperson and leader to raise the agency profile.
• Performs utilization review, chart audits, and clinical reviews per standards.
• Conducts weekly staff meetings.
• Reviews assessments and re-assessments.
• Prepares and presents weekly reports.
