This role involves overseeing two precision machining facilities and driving operational excellence while mentoring future leaders. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of manufacturing operations experience with strong Lean and Continuous Improvement skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing teams.
• Prior machining or precision manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading multiple departments or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of two manufacturing facilities.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and operational performance.
• Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and production leadership.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
