Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage coding/documentation.
• 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in primary care CPC, CRC, and/or CPMA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Coding and Documentation team and oversee education, audit, and MSO coding functions.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage and CMS guidelines across owned and affiliate clinics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align coding/documentation with clinical requirements and organizational policies.
