Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a senior quality leader to oversee interventions and education programs, ensuring NCQA accreditation readiness and compliance across health plans. You will drive QI initiatives, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and lead performance improvement projects that impact member care and outcomes.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in HEDIS/NCQA, CAHPS, Medicaid/Medicare, and strong data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in health care with 5+ years in quality improvement/compliance.
• At least 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of quality discipline, metrics and performance standards.
• Advanced knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA and NCQA accreditation experience.
• CAHPS improvement experience and HEDIS reporting experience.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace programs.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong business writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement national/state-based quality interventions (QI) aligned with best practices.
• Develop targeted HEDIS performance improvement initiatives and outreach.
• Lead QI roadmap with KPIs and coordinate with national/regional teams.
• Represent quality at national meetings and serve as SME for health plans.
• Develop program materials, templates, and policies; support ongoing program integrity.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver proposed interventions and reviews.
• Present summaries and action steps for plan intervention strategies at meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of state-mandated quality activities.
