Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in procurement, supply chain, engineering, business, or finance.
• CPSM certification preferred.
• 15+ years total work experience with 10+ in projects/procurement.
• 7+ years working with EPCs.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute supply chain strategy for Major Projects.
• Manage major project procurement and EPC contracting.
• Develop sourcing strategy, supplier base, and contract plans.
• Lead negotiations and drive cost competitiveness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with project timelines.
