Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in internal or executive communications with leadership.

• Experience leading communications in complex, global organizations with manufacturing or frontline audiences.
• Expertise in modern digital platforms and analytics tools.
• Digital and AI capability essential: applying AI-enabled tools to scale content.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the digital employee experience across intranet, email, video, and signage with AI tools.
• Own global employee communications strategy and governance with annual calendar.
• Lead a global team across sites and align with OneGF standard.
• Shape messages with CEO/executives for internal audiences.
• Lead flagship events and post-event analysis.
• Partner with HR to communicate people programs and culture initiatives.
• Drive change communications for major milestones and integrations.
• Oversee measurement, insights, and executive readouts.
• Manage agencies and tools for internal platforms.
