Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong technical accounting skills and experience handling complex transactions.
• Experience with SEC reporting and SOX controls is required.
• Leads and mentors staff; able to partner with CFO, Controller, and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex transactions, acquisitions, and business combinations.
• Lead technical accounting research and communicate conclusions to senior leadership.
• Own SEC reporting, 10-K/10-Q filings, and internal control improvements.
• Drive autonomy in prioritizing work and problem solving across the corporate accounting team.
