Job summary

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) seeks an accomplished leader to provide strategic oversight of all financial aid programs and services. You will direct planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial aid operations across the institution.

The role requires supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with enrollment management to support recruitment, retention, and student success goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7–9 years of progressively responsible financial aid or bursar experience with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred, with health sciences or graduate/professional program experience.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills; strong communication, decision making, problem solving, and advising abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all financial aid programs and services.
• Directs planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial aid operations.
• Oversees compliance with federal (Title IV) and state regulations and institutional policies.
