Job summary

The role partners with Plant Operations, Construction Project Managers, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to advance governance, capital planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Remote position with broad impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in healthcare facilities management or related operations.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and life safety.
• Experience overseeing construction, renovation, and vendor initiatives.
• Knowledge of building codes, environmental and emergency management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for regulatory readiness, life safety, and Environment of Care programs.
• Oversee facilities management systems, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Govern capital projects, vendor governance, and construction oversight.
• Partner with facility leadership to maintain safe, compliant environments across multiple sites.
