Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for clinical laboratory services across the Kaleida Health system.
• Oversee ESL functions across all Kaleida Health laboratory sites.
• Oversee pre-analytical operations at the Center for Laboratory Medicine (Flint Facility).
• Lead efforts to meet quality goals and drive service excellence.
• Provide leadership to the laboratory team and support system-wide success.
