Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Business Director to shape and execute CORE’s technology and business strategy in a fast-paced setting. You’ll partner with CORE leadership to communicate strategy to customers and stakeholders, drive cross-functional initiatives, and elevate organizational capabilities through AI-enabled planning.

You bring a strong background in corporate strategy or management consulting, with tech or digital topic experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to CORE executive tech and product leadership to define and drive the organization’s strategy.
• Design go-to-market approaches and align stakeholders across cyber, cardtech, Bank Tech, and AI/ML teams.
• Plan content for CORE leader strategy forums and ensure engagement and progress.
• Prepare high-quality materials for quarterly business and risk reviews.
• Identify AI tools to improve strategic planning and operational effectiveness.
