Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC, seeks a Director for the Renewing American Innovation (RAI) program. Reporting to the EST President, you will guide policy research, fundraising, and strategic growth for a multi-program initiative focused on IP, standards, regional innovation, and national security tech policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in policy or related fields.
• Graduate degree in a relevant area (IP, standards, innovation, or science).
• Track record in senior-level leadership and fundraising is a plus.
• Strong publication record and ability to develop policy-relevant solutions.
• Ability to build and mentor a high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-quality research and publications for policy impact.
• Develop strategic plan for program evolution and growth.
• Provide direction and inspiration to ensure organizational success.
• Build outreach plans to reach target and donor audiences.
