Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a senior consultant in the United States to lead digital transformation engagements, guiding governance, operating models, and technology-driven strategies for public-sector clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze digital performance data, assess infrastructure, and drive end-to-end delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining high-quality outcomes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation engagements with clients and technical teams.
• Advise on governance and operating models; develop capabilities to support strategic goals.
• Analyze digital performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Assess client infrastructure to identify gaps and improve technical performance.
• Guide clients through transformation journeys by gathering needs and selecting optimal digital solutions.
• Develop project work plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Conduct project meetings and lead teams; supervise consultants and workloads.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve escalated issues.
• Mentor and train assigned consultants; monitor performance and deliverables.
• Promote responsible digital transformation practices with ethical development and implementation.
• Perform additional duties as required.
