Job summary

FTI Consulting seeks a talented Project Manager to join our team in the United States, with offices in Washington, DC, New York, or Chicago. You will drive end-to-end website projects, digital campaigns, and production, translating complex requirements into clear plans and timelines.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high quality and alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management, content production, technical strategy, and/or digital strategy experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects and teams, including mentoring junior staff.
• Knowledge of content management systems (Drupal, WordPress, etc.) and proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
• Strong aptitude for digital tools, social platforms, and technologies.
• Experience writing or reviewing technical and functional requirements, wireframes, and website designs.
• Ability to present project-related materials to clients and senior teams with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects across website builds, digital campaigns, and production.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines aligned to client goals and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders; translate goals into actionable plans.
• Manage budgets and resources; contribute to scoping, budgeting, and rollout of initiatives.
• Maintain and evolve workflows; run analytics to monitor and report project performance.
• Contribute to new business efforts by shaping approaches, budgets, and scopes.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
