Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, content production, digital strategy experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects and teams.
• Knowledge of content management systems (Drupal, WordPress) and proficiency in Asana or similar project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects – spanning website builds, digital campaigns, and creative production.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines that align execution with client goals and business objectives, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, translating strategic goals into clear, actionable plans and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets and resources, and provide strategic input into the scoping, budgeting, and roll-out of client initiatives
• Maintain and evolve internal workflows and project management systems, and run analytics to monitor and report on project performance
• Contribute to new business pursuits, helping craft approaches, budgets, and scopes
• Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their growth and development
• Maintain awareness of current industry trends, technical solutions, and best practices
