Associated Bank is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of digital banking products for its Private Wealth area. You will shape roadmaps, evaluate opportunities, and partner across the organization to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive growth.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, risk, and compliance teams to ensure successful product execution while monitoring outcomes and financial performance for long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 6+ years solving complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field; 4+ years in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or Private Wealth is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the digital product roadmap for the Private Wealth area, prioritizing initiatives that deliver customer and business value.
• Drive product strategy by evaluating customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Partner with engineering, delivery, and channel teams to bring new features and enhancements to market.
• Build business cases and recommendations to support product investments and strategic decisions.
• Analyze product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer experience, risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful product execution.
• Represent the platform in strategic planning and vendor roadmap discussions.
• Monitor product outcomes and financial performance to support growth, utilization, and long‑term success.
