Job summary
Kohler Co. is seeking a Digital Product Manager to elevate Kohler’s digital capabilities and deliver best-in-class experiences for associates, partners, and customers.
You will own end-to-end product strategy, manage a multi-disciplinary backlog, and guide Agile delivery from discovery through launch and iteration. You will partner with UX, analytics, and business teams to uncover opportunities, translate them into user stories, and continuously optimize the product based on data and performance
Qualifications
- Experience leading agile product development from discovery to launch.
- Ability to translate problems into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience conducting customer research and creating journey maps.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy, vision, and end-to-end roadmap.
- Lead customer discovery and define opportunities with voice of the customer at the center.
- Prioritize backlog and guide Agile delivery with clear acceptance criteria.
- Balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility across teams.
- Collaborate with developers, design, analytics, and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences.
- Define success metrics and continuously optimize the product.
