Job summary

Set of X in Annapolis seeks TDNAs to support critical Intelligence Community missions across multiple locations. You’ll analyze classified and open-source data to generate actionable intelligence, develop and maintain target profiles, and identify collection gaps to refine strategies.

You will collaborate with government, military, and contractor partners, translating findings into clear products for decision-makers. TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence analysis (e.g., target development, metadata analysis, social network analysis).
• Familiarity with IC tools, databases, and analytic methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze classified and open-source data to generate actionable intelligence
• Develop and maintain target profiles, ensuring continuity and depth of analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend new or adjusted collection strategies
• Apply techniques such as pattern recognition across communications, networks, and digital footprints
• Maintain and update targeting, tasking, and analytic databases
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor partners to support mission objectives
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable intelligence products
• Share insights, methodologies, and emerging tradecraft with stakeholders
