Qualifications

7+ years of management consulting or 10+ years industry experience in Aerospace & Defence, manufacturing, or engineering-focused organizations.
Deep expertise in PLM and MBSE with transformation strategy.
Experience advising on Digital Engineering initiatives involving digital thread, digital twin, Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), MOM/MES, and ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on digital engineering, product lifecycle transformation, and operational improvement for Aerospace & Defence clients.
Develop executive-level business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps centered around PLM, MBSE, digital thread, and digital twin initiatives.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
Support business development efforts by identifying client opportunities, contributing to proposals, and helping expand practice growth.
Mentor consulting teams and contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and delivery excellence across digital engineering engagements.
