Partner Forces is seeking a Consultant to support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) clients in delivering mission-critical programs and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, low-ego problem solver who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities, and partnering directly with government leaders to solve complex operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience supporting federal government programs or related project management.
• Experience supporting DHS or other federal civilian agencies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level writing and briefing development.
• Experience developing reports, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination or security clearance, as required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams supporting client programs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, priorities, deliverables, and risks across multiple efforts.
• Analyze complex problems and develop actionable recommendations for client leadership.
• Develop executive briefings, strategic communications, and client deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve programs, strengthen operations, and enhance mission outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project execution.
• Contribute to business development, proposal efforts, and internal initiatives as opportunities arise.
