HP, Inc. seeks a Strategic Development Manager in the United States to independently develop solutions for complex supply chain projects, manage risk, and drive performance.
The role collaborates with peers and senior management to shape supply chain plans, monitor trends, and contribute to competitive strategy. You will own projects from planning through execution, mentor cross-functional teams, and engage executives on high-level issues.
This role is responsible for independently developing solutions for supply chain projects, managing complex issues by applying extensive knowledge of supply chain and industry practices, and interpreting data to optimize supply chain performance. The role collaborates with peers and senior management to establish supply chain plans, monitors industry trends, and contributes to competitive supply chain strategies. The role owns strategic supply chain projects from planning to execution, contributes to organizational strategies and long-term goals, and contributes to resolution of supply chain issues like risk management and continuous growth.
Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
