Qualifications

• Progressively responsible fundraising leadership experience in major gifts and donor strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to three Directors of Major Gifts, Institutional Giving, and Operations.
• Develop and execute an integrated fundraising strategy with the Chief Development Officer.
• Lead cultivation and stewardship of major donors and high-capacity prospects.
