Job summary

The Pritzker Military Museum & Library in Kenosha, Wisconsin seeks an experienced Director of Development to lead the organization’s fundraising strategy and revenue growth. • Lead preparation and fundraising for capital campaigns (e.g., $25M–$50M).
• Develop corporate sponsorships and foundations support.
• Oversee donor stewardship and engagement, including major gifts and high‑value solicitations.
• Collaborate with President/CEO, Board, and executives to shape fundraising strategy and priorities.
