Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Developer Relations Manager to steer strategic engagements with software providers, developers, and industry teams. You will shape partner directions and help developers build on NVIDIA AI and computing platforms.

You’ll guide multi‑party collaborations, accelerate workloads by integrating NVIDIA tools, and mentor the DevRel organization to raise the technical bar across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years in tech industry including 8+ years hands-on CUDA/GPU stack experience.
  • Track record leading global developer programs with ISVs and strategic partners.
  • Expertise reading custom kernels, Tensor Cores, and NVFP4/FP8 paths.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic engagements across developer ecosystems for NVIDIA platforms.
  • Collaborate to accelerate adoption and define standards, architectures, and best practices.
  • Architect, demonstrate, and integrate NVIDIA software stack into partner products to boost performance.
  • Provide advanced technical assets and reference implementations for onboarding partners.
  • Engage senior technical leaders to promote best practices and influence product direction.
  • Mentor DevRel managers and engineers to raise technical capabilities.
