Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Strategic Deterrence Advisor in California to lead programs in NC3, national security, and space systems. You will design, stand up, operate, and optimize organizations, and identify advanced tools to accelerate outcomes while mitigating staff burden.

The role requires 5+ years in NC3 program management and EMP/ITW/AA with CBRN protection, ability to engage senior government leaders, TS/SCI clearance, and a bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NC3 program management experience.
• 5+ years EMP ITW/AA and CBRN protection experience.
• Experience engaging with senior government leaders or decision-makers at GO and FO levels.
• Knowledge of NC3 architecture and U.S. nuclear detection systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%; TS/SCI clearance; Bachelor's degree.
