Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in classified environments.
• Experience supporting nuclear security, nuclear deterrence, nonproliferation, counterproliferation, intelligence analysis, or strategic planning.
• Experience collecting, modeling, and interpreting operational, safety, and performance data to inform decision-making.
• Experience studying and evaluating nuclear operations to identify risks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
• Knowledge of Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) concepts.
• Ability to use tools supporting data analysis, documenting, organizing, and reporting, including database tools such as Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Nuclear Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support USAF strategic plans and policy development through analytical and administrative tasks.
• Facilitate adaptation of Air Force nuclear deterrence strategies and programs.
• Provide logistical and administrative support during forums to capture discussions and decisions.
• Contribute as part of the strategic deterrence and nuclear integration initiative during heightened operations.
• Apply data analysis, regulatory knowledge, and technical proficiency to ensure safe and compliant management of nuclear facilities and policies.
