Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital product, service, or venture design.
• Ability to navigate strategic ambiguity and co-create direction in complex contexts.
• Strong grasp of design thinking and agile ways of working.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with GenAI tools.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic design processes from framing to delivery.
• Conduct qualitative research and synthesize insights into artifacts.
• Co-lead ideation sessions and explore new experiences with case teams.
• Build storytelling assets and prototypes for rapid iteration.
• Run light experiments to test desirability, feasibility, viability.
• Collaborate with case teams and stakeholders; demonstrate design leadership.
• Adapt design approaches to project goals with pragmatic flexibility.
• Articulate rationale and tradeoffs behind design decisions.
