Ave Maria College is seeking an Executive Deputy Principal to support the Principal in overall leadership, management and strategic direction. The appointment carries a three-year tenure with an ongoing teaching role and commences on 25 January 2027.

The Executive Deputy Principal will help implement the College’s vision, priorities and drive continuous improvement across college life while upholding Catholic values and the Franciscan heritage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in the overall leadership, management and strategic direction of the College.
• Contribute to implementing the College’s vision and priorities and the continuous improvement of all aspects of College life.
• Ensure the educational aims of the College are achieved and that all areas reflect Catholic values and Franciscan heritage.
